A focused scene-setter on how AI is reshaping sales roles, customer relationships and competitive advantage, with real examples from leading brands and emerging practice.

By addressing some main relevant sales challenges we develop a common understanding, how the combination of human potential with AI-enabled execution supports to overcome the challenges within sales.

Step 1) AI SALES Clinics

Two hands-on clinic sessions where participants get out of the slides and into the action. Each AI clinic introduces a powerful AI capability relevant to sales, followed immediately by a live exercise so everyone experiences it first-hand. No theory, no watching from the sidelines. You leave each clinic with something you can actually use.

Step 2) Workshop: From Insight to Action

Working in small groups on a shared sales challenge, you apply the thinking and tools from the clinics to design a smarter, faster, AI-powered approach. Generic by design so every participant can contribute regardless of industry. The focus stays on the method, the mindset and the momentum. Each of you develops your own AI-powered idea and then listens to structured feedback from the room, with some playing devil's advocate and others building on the strengths. Some participants hold their ground and defend their idea, others evolve it in response to the group. The focus stays on the method, the mindset and the momentum, building directly into the final pitch.

Step 3) Make the Call

Each participant defines who their target customer is and what drives their decisions. Using that as the starting point, the session walks the room through how to identify, understand and reach that audience using leading market research and audience intelligence tools. A practical, personalized close to the day where you leave with a clearer picture of your customer and a concrete approach to reaching them smarter.
